This large cottage with swimming pool is ideal for family vacations! Located 6 km from Bédoin, it offers all the comfort you need for a successful vacation: a large living room, nice rooms, an outbuilding with summer kitchen and covered terrace (as well as toilet, sink and outdoor shower). The beautiful pool overlooking Mont Ventoux is waiting for you for lazy days under the Provence sun! You can stroll around the pretty market of Bédoin and beautiful walks await you in the immediate vicinity, which you can take on foot or by bike. Continue your trip to Avignon to admire the stately Palace of the Popes or walk the street of the Dyer. Stroll through the market hall and find the best local ingredients to cook delicious dishes. As an excursion you can visit Avignon with its beautiful alleys, its ?pont cassé?, the ?Place de l'Horloge? and the ?Musée du Petit Palais? You can also take nice walks on the Rhone or play golf. For children, the Splashworld park is just a few kilometers away.

    “Dieses Ferienhaus erweist sich auf den ersten Blick, rein äusserlich, als absolutes Traumhaus, jedoch nur äusserlich. Das Potenzial für ein super tolles Ferienhaus ist gegeben, nur wird es leider (noch) nicht genutzt. Der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt und der Pool ist wirklich ein Highlight, da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Leider wird das dazugehörende Poolhaus nicht gepflegt. Die Stühle und Tische mussten zuerst entstaubt und geputzt werden und der eigentlich schöne Innenraum des Poolhauses ist ebenfalls nicht sehr gepflegt. Die Einrichtung des Poolhauses ist alles andere als einladend. Man könnte hier z.B. eine schöne Lounge platzieren, oder auch einen Billiardtisch oder sonstige Ideen walten lassen.

    Der Sonnenschirm bei den Sonnenliegen war kaputt und konnte nicht gebraucht werden, die Beleuchtungen, und davon gibt es viele im Garten, funktionieren zu 80% nicht. Selbst auf der Terrasse vor dem Hauseingang funktionierte keine Lampe und wir mussten auf Kerzen ausweichen. Der Brunnen vor dem Hauseingang war übersät mit Bauschutt, Abfall und ganz vielen Zigarettenstummel. Von den drei zur Verfügung stehenden Barbacue-Grill waren zwei in einem total desolaten Zustand und hätten vorgäng schon lange entsorgt werden können, und der eine Grill den man halbwegs gebrauchen konnte, war auch nicht geputzt und von der Asche entleert worden.

    Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist einfach aber zweckmässig, hierzu gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Für uns hat das gepasst. Die Zimmer sind gross, jedoch mussten wir bei jedem Bett die Matratzen kehren, da sie falsch aufgelegt waren (Oberseite nach unten gerichtet). Die beiden Kühlschränke mussten wir selber reinigen, da sie nicht geputzt wurden und sie waren noch zur Hälfte gefüllt mit Getränken und Essen der Vorgänger. Auch die Gefrierfächer waren voll mit Lebensmitteln von anderen Leuten. Im Wohnraum stand noch ein gefüllter Aschenbecher voll Zigaretten, den wir selber entleeren mussten.

    Es ist schade, wird bei diesem Haus nicht so auf die Sauberkeit und Funktionalität verschiedener Gegenstände wert gelegt, denn das Haus ist wirklich toll. Nach dem wir vieles selber geputzt haben, konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt zum Glück geniessen. Und trotz den hier aufgeführten Mängeln, würden wir wieder kommen, einfach schon der Lage und des Pools wegen.”
