Casa da Belita is the perfect choice if you are seeking a well-furnished welcoming villa with sea-views for a family holiday, or as a base for exploring Madeira. Being located in Calheta, you are to experience the best weather in Madeira.
Located on the cliff above the Calheta beach and resort, sea-views are possible from all rooms and the solarium.
The entrance hall leads to two bedrooms (one with a king-sized double bed, the other with two single beds) and the gamily bathroom, and downstairs to the living area.
At the bottom of the stairs is the Master bedroom (with en-suite bathroom) which opens to the pool solarium. The corridor leads you past the fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry to the spacious living/dining room (which also opens to the solarium).
The corridor also leads to the very spacious leisure room, with additional seating with table games and a flat-screen TV, a ping-pong table and an exercise bike.
The whole front of the villa is the south-west facing solarium, where you will find the swimming pool (heating optional), a sitting area, sun-beds and the portable barbecue.
Casa da Belita is a good value very appealing new villa in Madeira, great for family holidays or as a base for exploring Madeira.
Calheta resort offers all the facilities you may need, including a branded supermarket, bank, pharmacy, cafés and restaurants, in addition to organizers of tours and sea activities.

Swimming pool heating:
Heating is optional and costs 120,00€ per week for 24ºC, paid in cash on arrival.
A supplement of 30,00€ per week applies for each additional degree up to a maximum of 26ºC
Pool heating can be provided and should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.

Nearby
Less than 3 minutes by car (approximately 1,6 kilometres away) is the resort town of Calheta, which, with its man-made golden beaches, is popular with tourists and locals alike. Next to the beach is Calheta Marina where such activities as sailing, diving, big-game fishing are based. This area is also known for its sugar cane production and mill, the oldest of which has been changed into a museum as you descend into town; you may wish to visit and purchase some of the quality local rum.
In Calheta you will find a selection of cafés, bars and restaurants. A pharmacy, bank and a good branded supermarket.
Being based here also allows you great access to the mountains for both sightseeing (Madeira is breathtakingly beautiful) and walking (which has become extremely popular along the levadas or for hiking)
Ribeira Brava, 10 minutes by car, is the next largest town, and offers a greater selection of shops, cafés and restaurants, and a couple of supermarkets.
Funchal is an easy 30 minute drive away and it takes 45 minutes to reach the airport.

Booking Notes
The rental value varies with the number of people occupying the property, so please ensure you enter the correct dates, number of adults, children and infants. Please note that supplements apply should additional people join you for any length of time.
To secure your reservation we require a 30% deposit, or the full amount if you are arriving within 8 weeks. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Final details for check-in and driving instructions to the property will be sent 7 days prior to arrival. A contact number will be provided, and to be able to access the property, you need to phone this number as you are leaving the airport. It is your responsibility to contact and advise the number provided on the check-in details to advise any delays to the expected check-in time.
Check-in times - at the property - are between 16H00 and 19H00. For Sunday arrivals and out of hours check-in, alternative arrangements will be made and an additional cost will apply.
Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other reservations either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and your departure for check-out.

A security deposit of 200€ is required on arrival, payable in cash.

The minimum stay is 07 nights.

    “Gute Ausstattung, gute Lage, Aussicht durch die davor liegenden Häuser eingeschränkt. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Küchengeräte, speziell das Besteck, sollten durch etwas hochwertiges ersetzt werden. Türscharnier Geschirrspüler kaputt, Vorsicht kann wehtun, nix für Kinder.

    Schlüsselübergabe und Betreuung waren topp.”

    “Tolles Haus mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und Pool. Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus, sehr sauber und stillvolle. Die Räume sind sehr groß und es ist alles da, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt.

    Einkaufszentrum , Strand gleich um die Ecke.”
