Rustig gelegen villa met zeezicht in een afgesloten gebied op korte wandelafstand van het strand, lokale restaurantjes en bars. Voor liefhebbers van comfort en rust.

Erg ruime villa met alle comfort van een villa met in totaal 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers, 4 toiletten, volledig ingerichte keuken, eet, leef en TV ruimte. Er zijn 2 master bedrooms met een eigen badkamer (wastafel 2 lavabo, WC, douche en handdoekdroger), daarvan is er een master bedroom op de begane grond. Beneden is een gastentoilet met wastafel. Boven op eerste verdieping is voor de 2 slaapkamers (iedere slaapkamer heeft 2 eenpersoonsbedden die je tegen mekaar kan schuiven tot 1 master bed) een gemeenschappelijke badkamer met WC, wastafel 2 lavabo, douche en handdoekdroger. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van ruime inbouwkasten voor kleren met legplanken en hangers. Op het gelijkvloers is de indeling alsvolgt keuken, ruime living, zithoek met frontaal zeezicht en 2 relax zetels, TV hoek, in totaal 3 sofa's, gang, gastentoilet en 1 materbedroom inclusief badkamer met bad, douche, wastafel, handdoekendroger.

Onderhouden tuin met privé verwarmd zwembad en parking, houtskool BBQ, ruim terras met strandstoelen en tafel. Overdekte zitruimte vooraan. Fantastisch zicht. Er zijn 2 mountainbikes aanwezig.

Recent gebouwd, ingericht door een interieurarchitect en voorzien van alle comfort, ingemaakte kasten centrale stofzuiger etc. Bij een verblijf langer dan 2 weken, is er een verplichte schoonmaak en wissel van lakens en handdoeken.

Uitzonderlijk rustige en authentieke omgeving dicht bij de oceaan, lokale en niet toeristisch publiek.
In de nabijheid diverse bezienswaardigheden: Obidos, Berlenga eiland, Sintra, meest Westelijke punt van Europa Cabo da Roca, wavesurfing, golf, Peniche, Lissabon, ...

    “Property 5 fantastic - modern, well equipped, great view.

    Information 2 - no paperwork for appliances, TV, challel box, fuse box, washing machine, hob, nor any information about local amenities, local supermarket, doctor's etc. A file of information would have saved internet searches on phones for information!

    During visit - pool stopped pumping and heating for a day and a half but was resolved when agent informed. Pool was quite cold despite saying heated.

    Alarm kept going off but agent managed to sort.

    Biggest issue was electricity, the mains fuse blew every time a heating element went on, especially the kettle. This became frustrating as it dropped the WiFi for 5 mins as it reset. At times it needs resetting 4-5 times in an hour. Agent informed but was not able to fix. Very frustrating!

    Final point agent - replied to text very promptly, but first time we met was when problems occurred, despite saying she would visit a few times.

    Overall 4 Excellent property and with a few adjustments and personal service it would be a 5.”
