Beautiful, well maintained villa with private Pool on the Benissa Coast

Casa Mariposa is situated in a sedate area accessible by an approach-only road. There are three tennis courts within a four minute walk of the villa and the beaches, restaurants, bars and the supermarket are approximately 850m away.

You can expect a beautiful, well maintained villa with space for 2 - 5 people, approx. 90m² of living space - 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 modern bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 cozy living-dining room with fireplace, a large covered terrace where you can have breakfast and a roof terrace with great views over the entire area.

- one cosy living and dining room with a chimney, smart-television with satellite TV,

The Villa has a private swimming pool with roman stairs, plus an external shower and a beautiful poolside terrace with couches and a sun screen, as well as a barbecue. A lockable carport is provided with the property for vehicle protection.

Between Moraira and Calpe you can find some of the most scenic bays of the Costa Blanca.

You will find small bays with natural sand or pebbles, providing clean turquoise water with visible rocky sea bed – the ideal conditions for scuba divers or snorkelling tourists.

The most popular bay in Benissa is called "Cala Fustera", and has fantastic facilities as well as a sports field and a playground for children. The small marina situated at the border to Calpe provides a sailing school and a diving centre.

If you prefer long sandy beaches, then Calpe’s town beach "Arenal-Bol" will be the right choice for you, as it is more than two kilometres long, formed of fine, golden sand with a boardwalk along clear sea water.
The Costa Blanca is known to European tourists as one of the most popular holiday destinations due to its mild mediterranean climate (the annual average temperature is approximately 18 degrees Celsius).

The best-known places of the Costa Blanca are: Denia, Javea, Moraira, Benissa, Calpe, Altea and Benidorm.

Not only the towns at the coast are charming for tourists: smaller towns inland such as the Valley of Jalon and the famous town Elche, with Europe’s biggest palm tree garden, are surrounded by mountains and are very popular destinations.

The most famous destinations of the Costa Blanca are the "Castell de Guadalest", the new leisure and theme parks "Terra Mitica" and "Terra Natura" in Benidorm, the waterfalls and well-springs of the "Fonts d´Algar" in Callosa d´En Sarriá, the animal park Mundomar and the Safari-park Vergel close to Denia, Calpe’s landmark "Peñón de Ifach" and many more.

    “Sehr schönes Haus. Gute Einteilung. Die Schlafzimmern sind klimatisiert. Ruhiges Gegend, trotzdem nah zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.”

    “Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Casa Mariposa. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt, alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht war vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Am meisten waren wir auf der überdachten Terasse oder am Pool. Zum Einkaufen oder für Ausflüge braucht man am besten ein Auto. Sehr schön ist auch der Strand des Nachbarortes Moraira und die Bucht Calla Fustera. Die Vermieter waren auch sehr nett und wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder (:”
