This holiday home is situated in a former undisturbed plantation surrounded by meadows and tilling fields. The house has an open plan living and kitchen area with an open fireplace, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and an open terrace. The house is situated on an enclosed plot in a forest, which is surrounded by tilled fields. The house is only 5 minutes walk from the wide child-friendly beach with dunes. This beach offers good opportunities for wind surfing, sailing and fishing sports. The peninsula Reersø with a fishing harbour is situated to the south of the plantation. The combined farms give a special touch to the landscape. Here, people used to carry out agriculture and fishing. The peninsula is also known for the tailless cats, which should have originated from one of the British Isle of Man. In the Church of Sæby situated south of Lake Tissø, there are interesting frescoes, which are the oldest on Zealand. Palace concerts with Danish and international musicians are held in the palace Lerchenborg located south of Kalundborg.
