The first bedroom with double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds and the third bedroom with a single bed. The cozy living-dining area has a couch corner with flat screen TV. The tiled stove provides warmth. In the dining area, the large dining table invites you to linger. The new fitted kitchen offers you with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker and much more. The bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower, two sinks and a toilet. Also there is a guest toilet in this apartment. Furthermore, there is a telephone and internet available. In good weather you can enjoy the view of the Alps on the terrace to the south. The chairs and loungers invite you to relax. Free parking is available for your car or motorbike. Of course you can also store your bikes or skis free of charge. Free use of the Höchenschwander sauna area once a week and including KONUS card for bus and train. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer can be used free of charge.

    “Die Wohnung ist toll. Es gibt nur einen einzigen Kritikpunkt: es gibt zwar WLAN, aber dieses ist nicht sehr leistungsfähig. Da wir mit Jugendlichen dort waren, war dies ein nicht ganz unwichtiger Punkt. Zudem fallen teilweise, wohl aufgrund der Nähe zur Schweiz, Roaminggebühren an. Da wäre ein Hinweis wünschenswert.”
