Beautiful house in Port de Sóller where 8 guests will enjoy the wonderful essence of this charming place with its stunning views to the sea.

This impressive three-storey town house boasts a beautiful terrace perfectly furnished to enjoy a delicious breakfast with the best company of the sea and the peace of this charming place. Also right here, you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings while relaxing on the sofas beneath the starry sky. On the other hand, the back terrace invites to cook a succulent barbecue and bask in the sun on one of the 2 sun loungers.

Inside, the great living area will welcome our guests. It is air-conditioned and perfect for a chat all together. It leads to a second cosier sitting area and shows a great character thanks to the decorative chimney. This is the place where you can watch TV-Sat. Then you access the design dining kitchen than combines an traditional painted ceiling with modernity and it is equipped with a ceramic hob,oven and all you may need to cook. The are 4 bedrooms with a double bed in each one, AC and closet. There are 3 on the first floor and last bedroom is in the top second floor. All of them feature an en-suite bathroom with a shower but one in the first floor. In addition you will find two more shower bathrooms on each floor and a toilet on the main floor. We can provide a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your children. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are at the terrace.

Puerto de Sóller is a natural harbour located in the Tramuntana mountain range, a real jewel! You will reach the marina and the fine sandy beach in a few steps, as well as restaurants by the shore, supermarkets, ice-cream parlours and much more. The train trip from Sóller to Palma in the historical comboi is a great way of spending a day travelling through mountains, green valleys and lovely villages. If you enjoy hiking you'll find several routes around, for instance from Biniaraix to Cúber. The area is also ideal to practice cycling.

Note: No reservations of group of young people, under 25 years are accepted (except when children are accompanied by their parents). We need copies of each person's ID to accept the reservation.
