On the ground floor there are two apartments, each with two bedrooms and kitchen, while on the upper floor there is larger apartment with three bedrooms and central living room with kitchen and dining area, with direct access to the outdoor terrace, which offers restricted sea view. One of the apartments on the ground floor has a living room changed into a activity room with billiards, pikado and play station.
On the completely fenced yard the pool with sunbathing area and barbecue are waiting for you. Visit the center of Pula and discover various cultural and historical sights. Parties are not allowed in this house.
