L'Àguila is a benchmark of Modernism in Palma, was built by the well-known architect Gaspar Bennàssar and, for the first time, opens its doors as a tourist accommodation. Completely renovated inside but retaining its unique iron structure that creates wavy shapes on its facade photographed by everyone who visits the island.

The route through the representative monuments of this cultural movement of which Gaudí, who gives name to one of our suites was the biggest promoter, has as a mandatory stop this building considered Historical Heritage of Palma. From the summer of 2018 anyone who is on the island has the opportunity to stay in it.

Its great interior brightness, its high ceilings and its beautiful design make l'Àguila a unique place to stay in the old town of Palma, from where you can walk the streets of the center, go to the Cathedral, shopping or eating an ensaimada.



The apartment ÀGUILA SUITES GAUDÍ is completely renovated and all furniture and appliances are new. It is located on the second floor of the building that can be accessed by elevator.

The house, which is distributed in a single diaphanous and minimalist space, very bright and decorated with exquisite taste has: a double bedroom with TV and wardrobe; a living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs; kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for your holidays, Nespresso, oven-microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, etc; bathroom with shower, hair dryer and washing machine. You will also find an iron and ironing board, sheets, bath towels and Wi-Fi.

It is located in the Plaza del Marqués de Palmer, just after the Plaza Mayor. It is one of the most commercial areas of the Mallorcan capital, all kinds of shops, cafes and restaurants around, in addition to live music, street artists and a lot of atmosphere during the day that at night, becomes quiet. Plaza España is a few minutes away and from there, you can take buses or trains to any place on the island, including the famous Sóller Railway.

The popular Mercat de l'Olivar is a 5-minute walk away, where you can buy all kinds of top quality products. You will enjoy all the services in the area: supermarkets at 2 minutes, bars and restaurants, pharmacies, opticians, etc. In less than 5 minutes you can visit the Plaza de Cort (City Hall) or you will arrive at the Cathedral among many other activities that Palma de Mallorca offers.
