Bright traditional stone house for rent just 100m from Piazza Liberta. Gay friendly, the house is ideal for two couples, a family of 4, or for a maximum of 4 friends sharing. The house is located in a quiet street, and is only ten minutes drive to a sandy beach. The property has 2 private terraces, 2 kitchens, one of which is on the first terrace for al fresco dining. The second terrace has views over the historical centre and, in the distance, the sea, and it has 2 sun beds. Free parking can be found 250 metres from the house.

The property has two bedrooms. The first is on the first floor, adjoining the living and dining space. It has two single beds which can, if required, be converted to a large double bed. The second bedroom is on the floor above with a double bed and a large en suite bathroom. The second, slightly smaller bathroom, is located off the stairs in between the two bedrooms. Both bathrooms have showers.

Public parking space at 100 m. Private parking space 300 m (6 minutes walk); Parking granted upon availability; Active Service in July and August. The private parking space is located in via Sant 'Orsola.

The lower kitchenette has a fridge, a microwave grill, a small gas hob, cooking utensils and coffee machines. The al fresco kitchen on the terrace has a fridge, a gas hob, an electrical point and cooking utensils, plates and cutlery. The house has been completely renovated to a high standard, but features like the beautiful high vaulted ceilings in every room have been retained. The stairs in the property are original, somewhat steep and twisted, and are therefore not suitable for families with young children. Air conditioners can be found in both bedrooms and in the living dining space. The house also has gas central heating.
