The residence is located in one of the wildest parts of the island, in a dominant position between the peaks of Nisporto and Nisportino. It is a pink villa, placed above the still existing walls of an ancient furnace, which enjoys an enchanting view of the sea; We are in one of the most peaceful and authentic areas of the Island of Elba, surrounded by unspoilt nature. The residence consists of 9 apartments of different sizes and types, all with marine style furniture. Each apartment has a private entrance and a balcony or veranda with garden table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful sea view. All apartments are comfortable and equipped with a furnished kitchenette, air conditioning, TV. There are also two convenient parking areas on the property. The place is ideal both for snorkelers and divers, and for trekking enthusiasts, thanks to the nearby National Park.

The access to La Quinta is through an uphill and narrow road but wide enough for the passage of a car
