Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Panoramablick an der Helnæs Bucht Das fast neue Ferienhaus (Erstbezug 2013) liegt am Anfang einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung umgeben von Wiesen, Feldern und Wald mit großartigem Meeresblick auf die Helnaes Bucht. 300 m unterhalb des Hauses befindet sich ein kinderfreundlicher Strand mit einem frei zugänglichen Badesteg. Die Inselhauptstadt Odense liegt etwa 40 min entfernt, auch Kopenhagen und Legoland sind gut zu erreichen.



Unser Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und einen gemütlichen offenen Dachboden mit 2 Schlafgelegenheiten. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und lädt zum Kochen ein. Das Haus hat u. a. eine Waschmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Backofen sowie einen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Es ist hell, modern und freundlich möbliert. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer bietet einen phantastischen Blick über das Meer. Ein großer Flachbildschirm mit HDMI-Anschluss, DVD-Player mit einer Auswahl an DVDs, WLAN sowie einige Gesellschaftsspiele bieten auch an Regentagen bestens Unterhaltung. Für ein gemütliches Ambiente an kühleren Tagen sorgt der Holzofen im Wohnzimmer.



Eine große, teilweise überdachte Terasse im Südwesten mit phantastischer Aussicht über das Meer sowie eine kleinere Ostterasse für ein sonniges Frühstück stehen bereit. Die große Wiese rund ums Haus lädt zum Spielen, Relaxen oder Drachensteigenlassen ein.



Das Haus ist Teil einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung und sehr ruhig gelegen, also perfekt für Erholungssuchende, die einfach mal ausspannen wollen. Wir empfehlen als Wechseltag den Sonntag; besonders für Gäste aus Deutschland haben wir die Erfahrung gemacht, dass sonntags bei Anreise und Rückfahrt mit wesentlich weniger Stau zu rechnen ist als samstags.




Ein kleiner Golfplatz (Parkgolf) wurde kürzlich in direkter Nähe (1 km) eröffnet. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants finden Sie in 7 km Entfernung in Haarby oder Assens oder bei den umliegenden Bauernhöfen, die ihre saisonalen Produkte an der Straße verkaufen.. Ebenfalls in 7 km Entfernung liegt Brydegård Strand, einer der schönsten Sandstrände der Insel Fünen. Auf der Halbinsel Helnæs gibt es Angelmöglichkeiten, eine Kanu-Vermietung und ein schönes Naturschutzgebiet zum Wandern und Natur Erleben.

    “Positiv: The location of the rental was perfect. Beautiful view of the ocean and close to the beach. Negativ: Recommendations would be to include an additional pan for cooking, and we could have used more utensils. At the end of the week, we noticed an increase of ants. The indoor traps were not very helpful.”

    “sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit tollem Blick auf die Helnaes Bucht. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr nett Empfangen und es wurde uns einiges zum Ferienhaus erklärt. Die Abreise erfolgt durch die Buchung der Endreinigung und der Hinterlegung einer Kaution für die Nebenkosten völlig unkompliziert. Leider ist kein schöner Strand Strand für Spaziergänge, in der Nähe.”
