Find a gem, that the years, and care have enabled older than 200 years, is in the north of the island of Tenerife, in the village of Icod, where the tree Drago and the Cave of Vienna.
The house is in upland areas in the district of El Amparo, 6 km from the town center at an altitude of 750 meters in a unique and charming environment, surrounded by nature, the whisper of birds, plus an impressive views of Teide.

Wide trails pass through this House, we can get into the rural environment of this area.
Nature, peace and tranquility is 100% secure.

Access may be peculiar, because of its curves and slopes as it is in a completely rural, quiet and away, not forgetting that we are on a small island, where geography is mountainous and very hilly, but not a obstacle for a fantastic holiday.

The village has a small beach "San Marcos", 8 km from the house.

All around there are two small gardens, where we algunso fruit trees.
Surrounded by nature, away from the city with clean air, where we can walk, walk and relax in the fresh air of the area.

Its wide barbecue, you can enjoy great food overlooking the mountains and the sea.

As for the house, a house is 1 floor, where it divides two bedrooms, 1 double room with twin beds and one double habitacióon. It has 1 bathroom with shower for the whole house, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer, toaster, etc ...

The lounge has a sofa and satellite TV and a nice fireplace inside, also all rooms of the house have central heating (electric).

On the outside, has a wide variety of flowers, garden furniture, and wood for fireplace.

Nearby (1 km), we can find a variety of restaurants and small supermarkets 1km.

The vehicle reaches the home, if we have to keep in mind that the house is located in the upper area Icod, so that access to roads in general are sloping.

    “Une maison canarienne authentique et joliment décorée. La vue est époustouflante et pour y parvenir la route est sinueuse. L’équipement est bien fourni. Seul bémol nous avons eu très chaud la nuit”

    “Dauer vom 23.2. bis 16.3. 2019. Ausstattung etwas spartanisch, kein W-lan, nur spanisches TV, nur kleine Elheizkörper, im Bad überhaupt keine Heizung jedoch durchbrochenes Holz ohne Glas als Fenster ( zur besseren Entlüftung ?), der offene Kamin hat uns Wärme gegeben, haben auch täglich kräftig gefeuert, da die ca. 80 cm dicken Steinmauern Eiseskälte ausstrahlten, ( vorher vermutlich nicht bewohnt und beheizt), und Nachttemperaturen um 12 Grad. Lage sehr schön über Icod, doch der Anfahrtsweg ist nix für unerfahrene Lenker, eng, ruppig, z.T. fast keine Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Weisse kalte Sparglühbirnen, da wegen der Temperaturen die Fenster geschlossen bleiben mussten und die Fenster bis auf einen 15 cm breiten Glas am Oberteil des hölzernen Fenster, aber sonst aus Holz bestanden, war es immer finster im Haus, kein Ausblick. Englischkenntnisse des Besitzers nicht besonders, erste Reinigung und Wäschetausch nach 2 Wochen.”
