This house was built in 2008 and sits on a 1,000 m² enclosed property on the edge of a small, picturesque village, classified as a Breton natural heritage site. Due to its convenient location it is ideal for exploring the South Morbihan.
The 100 m² brick house comfortably accommodates up to six people. The house is heated with a wood pellet oven and electric heaters. On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen and the living room with its cosy sofa and dining table. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe and bathroom with a shower and a sink. The toilet with a sink is separate. On the mezzanine is another small living room. The other two bedrooms are located on the top floor. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, a child's cot and a wardrobe, the other bedroom has two single beds. The separate bathroom offers a shower; the toilet is separate.
The house has two patios furnished with outdoor furniture. The patio behind the house has an awning and a barbecue. The lovely garden is well maintained. The kids will enjoy the small playground and the football and ping pong table. There are three parking spaces on the property.
Pets are not permitted. A child's cot is available upon request. Wireless internet access and telephone line are available free of charge (telephone calls to European landlines). Furthermore you are receiving German, French, English and Dutch programms via the Sat-TV. A central control lets you adjust the building services via smartphone, PC or tablet. This includes an alarm system, a smoke and motion sensor and the shutters.
