Das Nichtraucher-Ferienhaus mit Sauna bietet auf ca. 95 qm Wohnfläche Platz für 6 Personen.

Es ist ausgestattet mit drei Schlafräumen (2x1 Doppelbett, 1x2 Einzelbetten), einem Wohnbereich mit einer Küchenzeile, zwei Bädern (2x Dusche/ WC) und einer Sauna.
Zur weiteren Einrichtung gehören vier Farb-TV´s, eine Stereoanlage mit CD, DVD, USB- und Ipod-Anschluß, ein Möbeleinbautresor, eine Waschmaschine und ein Kamin.
Eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und einem Strandkorb, zwei
Pkw-Stellplätze, ein Fahrrad- und Sportgeräteschuppen gehören ebenfalls zum Objekt dazu. Ein Kinderreisebett und ein Kinderhochstuhl stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung.
Haustiere (Hund, Katze, etc. ) sind in diesem Haus nicht gestattet. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive, die Betten sind bezogen. Zusätzliche Decken und Kopfkissen erhalten sie auf Wunsch.
