This beautiful stone vila is located in a small village Icici, near Opatija, the most famous tourist center in Kvarner.
Villa Okra has four double bedrooms, one room with a single bed and a small extra bed, which can accommodate nine adults and one child.
On the ground floor there is a living room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, deep freezer, coffee maker and microwave), two bedrooms and one bathroom. In front of the living room there is a spacious covered terrace with seating furniture. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
In the courtyard of the villa full of greenery, the central place occupies a 55m2 large swimming pool. Around the pool there are sun loungers, umbrellas and barbecues. From the courtyard and terrace of the villa you can enjoy a wonderful view of Kvarner Bay.
The villa is fully fenced, has three parking spaces and a garage, and offers free Wi-Fi.
It is located near the bicycle and hiking trails and the Učka national park. The nearest shop, restaurant and beautiful beach are 500 meters away from the villa. There is also a marina nearby where you can moor your boat (extra charge).
