Villa Mare with pool, 6 persons, near Lanterna Resort
Villa Mare Vabriga is a new built villa (semi-detached) with a private pool located in Vabriga, approx. 1 km from the sea and only approx. 400 m from the restaurant. Built in 2016, on its own fenced garden the Villa Mare Vabriga offers to its guests a private pool of 24 m2, covered terrace with sitting furniture, barbecue and 2 parking spaces. The house owner does not live on the property and the other half of the house is not for rent and the house owners are using it occasionally.
No youth groups
Villa Mare for 6 persons has a total living area of 166 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with fireplace and exit to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, shower/toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms of which one with exit to its own balcony, one double bedroom with two separate beds and bath/toilet. The house is air conditioned and Wireless LAN Internet is available for free.
NOTICE: The guests can use a free entrance in the holiday resort Lanterna during their stay.
20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 61st day prior to arrival 50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival 80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival 95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.

“Tolle Lage für Ausflüge in die schönen Städtchen und Dörfer in Istrien. Positiv: Ruhiges Quartier und sehr schönes Haus mit Pool. Drei schön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer. Negativ: Mängel bei der Kücheneinrichtung und Duschwand.
Leider ist der Badestrand nur mit dem Auto erreichbar.”
