This beautiful and cozy vacation villa is located in the heights of Las Lagunas de Mijas on the Costa del Sol.

The beautiful house offers a capacity for 14 people on a spacious 438 m² over 3 floors.
The detailed, elegant and comfortable furnishings and decoration create the feeling of well-being that the whole family desires on a well-deserved vacation. On the first floor, in addition to the beautiful living room and kitchen, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. A staircase leads to the 1st floor to 3 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, another living room, kitchen and a fantastic terrace. The last bedroom with private bathroom is located on the top floor, ideal for a couple.

The wonderful terrace is spacious and equipped with comfortable seating where you can enjoy the evening with family and friends with a glass of wine. The outdoor area convinces with a great private pool and a large green lawn with umbrellas. Here you can relax after a refreshing swim in the warm sun. Enjoy the spectacular view of the sea and the mountains here in absolute privacy. The property offers enough space to park several vehicles.

Castillo Beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and the castle and Fuengirola are also nearby.
Fuengirola is a town on the Costa del Sol dating back to the Phoenician period and offers 7 km of coastline with excellent beaches and a variety of services, restaurants with local and international cuisine, stores and much more. From here there is a good bus connection to Marbella and other cities such as Gibraltar, which is well worth a visit due to its unique history, or Málaga, a cosmopolitan and cultural city, with excellent leisure facilities.
