The villa is located near Sv. Lovreč, in a small place Stranići. The villa Irma is located in a large area where you will really enjoy and rest, as well as your pets (with extra charge, on site). On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with a sofa bed (for two additional persons) and a bathroom with a shower. From the living room you also have access to a large covered terrace with seating area and barbecue equipment. On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one room with two single beds) and two bathrooms with shower cabins, one in one of the bedrooms and the other in the hallway. Air conditioning is located on the ground floor in the living room and on the first floor in the hallway. In the spacious garden there is a swimming pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers, parasol, and private parking in the courtyard of the villa. New in the offer from 2023. Guests have at their disposal a private track for jogging or cycling, specially made and arranged, exclusively for the private needs of the guests of the house..

    “Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Es ist ganz neu, hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr, sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an super wohl gefühlt. Das lag sicher auch daran, dass wir auf herzlichste Art empfangen wurden. Ein toller Imbiss stand für uns bereit. Die Gastgeberin war extrem bemüht und hat uns immer mal wieder etwas Tolles vorbeigebracht wie z.B. Windbeutel, Feigen aus dem eigenen Garten. Wir haben sogar noch ein Abschiedsgeschenk erhalten.

    Die Gastgeberin wohnt im Haus dahinter und kommt ganz früh morgens um nach Pool und Garten zu reinigen. Wenn man nicht gerade Frühaufsteher ist, bekommt man das gar nicht mit.”
