Sitting on the gated community of Providence Golf and Country Club, this beautifully finished four bedroom villa with views across the lake offers your family a home from home on a friendly and fun-packed community. With a south facing pool deck, plenty of community facilities for everyone and the Disney theme parks just a twenty minute car ride away you are sure to enjoy every moment of your vacation to Orlando here

The home is also designed to fully meet the needs of wheelchair users and travellers with restricted mobility, and can accommodate up to eight people. The wonderful private pool has been fitted with a pool hoist.

LIVING SPACE
To the left of the front door as you enter is the formal dining area with seating for six people. Continuing through the villa is the family lounge with a sofa and loveseat, patio doors to the pool deck and a large flatscreen TV. To the left of the family lounge is the open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and seating for two people as well as a kitchen table and seating for four people.

BEDROOMS
The Master bedroom is to the left of the kitchen and has a Queen-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom also with a door out to the pool area.
Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 is to the left of the kitchen at the far left of the corridor and has twin beds - this can be converted to a king bed.
Bedroom 4 is next to the Master bedroom and is a Minion themed bedroom with twin beds.
All bedrooms have TVs.

ADDITIONAL BATHROOMS
Family bathroom with bathtub with shower over, sink and WC.

OUTSIDE LIVING
The pool area features a good sized South-facing private pool with a spacious deck area and a shaded lanai with plenty of seating by the pool. Guests can relax in the spa and soak up the conservation views. The wildlife on the lake is amazing and will give guests plenty of entertainment. The pool has a light for night time swimming and there is a complimentary charcoal BBQ for guests to use.

The pool has been fitted with a pool hoist, so that it can be enjoyed by wheelchair users and other travellers with restricted mobility. The usual safety feature of a pool guard is available for families travelling with children to give them peace of mind.
