This spacious 6 bed, 5 bath villa, with South facing private pool with spa, is situated on the gated, sought after Solterra Resort. Continuing through the villa to the right hand side is the large, modern, open-plan and well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar seating four people. To the left of the kitchen is the family lounge with an "L" shaped sofa, a large flatscreen TV and patio doors to the pool deck. Upstairs is a second family lounge area with an "L" shaped sofa and a flatscreen TV.
