The holiday homes EVANGELIA are on the outskirts of Nikiti, on a large well-tended lawn and garden property with palm trees. The small property consists of 3 terraced houses in a row and a two-storey house with 3 apartments. The two-storey house with the 3 apartments is about 10-15 m away from the terraced houses. The apartment on the first floor is being used as a holiday home by the german speaking owner family. Two adjacent apartments are on the ground floor with individual entrances on the side of the building. The holiday apartments are simply and functionally furnished. There is direct access from the kitchen to a covered patio and the garden. One level up (approx. 5 steps) there is the bedroom with direct access to a small rear balcony and the bathroom. One level down from the kitchen (approx. 5 steps) there is the second bedroom. At the other end of the garden property there is a covered seating area with sea view and a BBQ for the common use of all guests. A sandbox for children is next to the house.

    “Für eine 4 köpfige Familie hätte es vielleicht etwas größer sein können. Ansonsten sehr freundliche und sympathische Vermieter. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Wir haben dort eine schöne heiße Woche verbracht. Achtung sehr viele Mücken!!!”

    “Ein sehr, sehr sauberes und super gepflegtes Grundstück und Wohnung. Nicht ein einziger Käfer oder eine Spinne waren zu sehen. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und auch gerade für Kinder einladend. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer darum bemüht, dass es ihren Gästen gut geht.

    Der Außenbereich ist wunderbar grün und bietet viele sonnige und schattige Plätze zum Erholen. Außerdem ist auch ein großer Grillplatz vorhanden, den man mit nutzen kann. Wenn es dunkel draußen wird, sind auch einige Palmen im Garten wunderbar beleuchtet, so dass man sogar das Gefühl einer kleinen Hotelanlage bekommt. Auch WLAN stellt der Vermieter mit zur Verfügung. Alles im allem stellt das Grundstück und die schön eingerichteten Wohneinheiten ein super Ambiente da, was für den angeboten Preis mehr als zufriedenstellend ist und daher auch sehr zu empfehlen ist.”
