In a beautiful hilly location between Siena and Arezzo awaits you this friendly vacation home (semi-detached) with private pool. The house is located at 630 m altitude just outside Palazzuolo on the edge of the forest ? an ideal location for rest and relaxation. First floor with living room and kitchen, exit to the covered terrace. Two bedrooms, each with bathroom. On the 1st floor (mansard) the third living room, studio with single bed, bathroom. Private garden area in front of the house; garden sitting area with barbecue; slightly below, with unique panoramic view, is the pool area with outdoor shower, cabin and toilet. The friendly owners occupy a separate apartment in the basement; they not only spoil their four-legged housemates (cats), but are also happy to cook for their vacation guests on request: the couple has made cooking a passion! You will also find a good ristorante in nearby Palazzuolo; for shopping of all kinds, cappuccino, ice cream, aperitif but also culture (exhibitions, concerts in the rose garden) the charming Reaissance town of Monte San Savino offers you a rich variety. Wednesday market day! On cooler days the warm thermal baths of Rapolano are a suitable destination (18 km). The location is ideal not only for hiking, but also for biking in the gentle, but sometimes challenging hills in the area. Visit Arezzo (30 km), Siena (35 km) and the Chianti (30 km) ? despite all the seclusion, you are quite centrally positioned here!
