Es liegt ruhig nach Norden, mit großem Lichteinfall durch eine breite Fensterfront.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist "vom Feinsten": Neben 55 Zoll TV mit Blu Ray-Player finden Sie auch eine Stereoanlage, Nespresso- & Espressomaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Fön, Kosmetikspiegel, Handtuchheizung, Telefon und Internet (kostenlos Wifi, Festnetzflat ins deutsche Festnetz & Netflix Streaming), Gesellschaftsspiele und Puzzles vor. Doppelbetten (2x1,0 m Betten) im Schlafzimmer und zwei komfortable Interlübke Schrankbetten im anderen Raum. Alle Räume sind mit Deckenlautsprechern ausgestattet.
