The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1890, renovated in 2018 and is luxury furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded location at the edge of the woods and at the water. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and fire place. Outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, 2x grill, 1x grill table, smokehouse, 3 babies can be accommodated over capacity

Heřmanice, 380 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 5000 sqm, open garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Half of the house with a separate entrance small pond, children's playground, lighted pergola The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 50 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 6 cars) on the property.
