This lovely holiday apartment lies just 100 meters from the sandy beach of Grado. It is located on the first floor of a building and comprises a living room with sofa bed, kitchen in a separate room, bedroom and bathroom. Furthermore, there is a nice covered balcony, ideal for enjoying outdoor dining. The area is well served: within 50 meters there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, playground and other activities. The town of Grado has a beautiful sandy beach suitable both for children, who can play in its shallow water, and for adults, who can rent sunbeds and parasols to relax. Those who prefer to be more active can also rent canoes and pedalos and make beautiful excursions. At 10 km is Aquileia with its archaeological excavations, at 20 km the Collio area, famous all over Europe for its wines, the charming city of Trieste is only 54 km from here and the unique, romantic town of Venice is at 130 km.
