This holiday villa with its fantastic pool area and private jetty is just 10 meters from the beach and the sea. The rooms of the holiday house with a total living area of 500 m² are spread over three floors with separate apartments and are furnished in mint condition with stylish furniture. A total of nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms can accommodate eighteen adults and two children. On the ground floor there is a games room with a pool table and other rooms for the maintenance of the house. On the first floor there is a three-room apartment with kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. This apartment has a patio and is connected to the courtyard. On the same floor there is a separate entrance with a gym and sauna and a bathroom. In this room there is also a sofa bed that can be converted into a bed for two children. On the second floor there are two more apartments with separate entrances. One has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room; the other has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. On the top floor there are two more apartments, which correspond to those on the second floor. However, they have only one bedroom and are slightly larger. All bedrooms are bright and friendly and have double beds, four of which are 180 x 200 cm and five beds 160 x 200 cm. The modern bathrooms are fully equipped, so you can start your day in style. Air conditioning, washing machines and internet can be used without additional charges. A high chair and baby cot are provided free of charge upon request. In total, there are six air conditioners in the house, two on each floor.
The spacious, well-kept outdoor area will definitely be your favorite spot. It is 1000 m² and includes a large garden with fruit trees, three large terraces with garden furniture and sun loungers, a large pool (size 5.6 x 4.0 m, depth 1.45 m), a children's pool (size 2.00 x 1.80 m, 45 cm deep) and a whirlpool (3.35 x 2.15 m, depth 0.95 m). While kids splash around in the kids' pool, adults can enjoy the cool water in the large pool or relax in the hot tub, which can sleep up to six people. Another highlight is the existing summer kitchen, at the two tables all comfortable place. It is roofed and equipped with a large barbecue, a large fridge, an ice machine, a sink and a beer tap. So the barbecue makes fun in convivial round. A special feature of the extra class is also the own jetty on the property in front of the villa. There are sun loungers ready for the guests. Enjoy the sun by the sea, the great view and if you feel like cooling off, take a dip in the turquoise waters. The property is fenced and therefore suitable for a holiday with children. A private car park with five parking spaces is available on the property.
So that no boredom arises, there are various ways to shape the day. For the younger guests there is a playground. The adults can relax in the sauna, which sleeps up to eight people. Sporty guests can do something in the gym for health or play together with others in convivial round table tennis, Playstation 4 with games, billiards, darts or table football. For excursions in the area are eight bikes for free. Furthermore, a laptop can be used and a video projector for watching movies on the terrace.
