North Sea with its huge, wide sandy beaches is just 6 km away from here. You can view the North Sea from this home on days with clear weather. The swimming pool is 17 square metres and there is a 45 square metre pool room that is accessible through the living room. The pool room has a massaging hot tub. You can just relax in the swirling water in the hot tub and enjoy a heavenly, underwater massage. There is a solarium and one of the two bathrooms and a sauna adjacent to the pool room. The 40 square metre living room with wooden panelling is comfortably furnished with a fireplace and is connected with the open kitchen and dining area. There are 4 bedrooms in the house furnished with 3 double beds and 2 children’s cot. There are 4 places for children to sleep in the loft bedroom. This home is ideal for 2 families as there are 2 bathrooms. There are two large terraces with outdoor furniture in this home. You can play mini golf free of charge in the neighbourhood.
