The residence is located in a very quiet area in southwest Cape Coral, just one block from Surfside Blvd. And just a few meters from the outermost channel on the mangroves. You will find a completely refurbished and remodeled (2018) home with large, white Italian tiles throughout the house.

The kitchen with bar counter and bar stools is very generously designed and offers huge space, including a cooking island, breakfast nook with mitered glass window to oversea the entire Faye Canal. In the living area, a large comfortable couch invites you to relax, for formal dinner is a cozy dining area available and another casual area invites you to read, surf the Internet and is often used as a workplace.

Bedroom 2 has a king size bed. and HD TV, Bedroom 3 has two single beds that can be combined into a king size bed and bedroom 4 has a queen size double bed. The bedrooms all have ceiling fans and an indirect ambient lighting, controllable via remote control from the bed.
Outside, the house newly planted vegetation that gives the pool area the very special southwestern Florida charm In southwest Florida, it's about enjoying life in the sun by the pool or near the water.
