A great personality and charm emanate from this wonderful cottage located between Petra and Ariany, where 8 guests will enjoy the peace in its fantastic garden with pool.

The water salt pool, sizing 8 x 4 metres and with a water depth ranging from 1.5 to 1.8 metres, is no doubt the great protagonist of the beautiful exterior area, where the garden is surrounded by the fields and nature. There is no better plan than disconnecting during your stay while enjoying a relaxing swim with the only company of the clear and charming views. Another really good option could be enjoying a good reading under the thatched awning or basking in the sun on any of the 6 sun loungers or right on the extensive lawn around the house. And after the relaxing moments, you can enjoy a succulent barbecue alfresco while chatting with family and friends till the wee hours. The property is fully fenced and there are neighbours around.

This beautiful two-storey house features a modern and well cared style indoors, that you can feel specially in the simple kitchen which has been designed to cook as if you were at home, working on the comfortable countertops and cooking on the induction top or the oven. There is plenty of storage, direct exit to the barbecue area and all the needed appliances and utensils. Next, you find the cosy dining room with table and chairs for 6 people that also leads to the sitting area, the perfect place to rest while watching the TV satellite channels. These last two rooms feature a great luminosity thanks to large windows that lead to the terrace too. The laundry room is independent and equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed and one with two single beds, of which three of them have wardrobe and an en-suite shower bathroom. Likewise, three of them are on the ground floor featuring a great terrace, while the last one is upstairs. There is another bathtub bathroom for the rest of the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. Ducted air-conditioning and oil central heating complete the equipment.

The property has easy access to the lovely villages of Petra and Ariany, among others, since it is very near the road. You can hear the cars passing by every now and then although you will have an easy and quick access to the supermarket for the daily shopping or to the restaurants and the beach. In Petra, you will find all services and it is a beautiful town to visit. In relation to the beaches, the nearest one is about 17.1 km away in Can Picafort, but we also recommend you visit other dreamlike coves like s'Illot, Cala Bona or Cala Romántica.
