This former railroad caretaker's cottage is located, nestled between the Karavanke mountains and the Drava reservoir, in the municipality of St. Jakob im Rosental. On the first floor of the building there is a bedroom, a bathroom, an inviting living area with a homey stove and a kitchen. On the 1st floor there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area. In total, this vacation home can accommodate up to 7 people. On the completely fenced garden property, your dogs can really let off steam ? up to 2 pets are allowed without surcharge. Comfortable garden furniture invites you to linger. The pull-out couch in the living room is 1.50 m wide.
The position of the vacation cottage in the middle of the Carinthian lake area is ideal for all active vacationers and those seeking relaxation. Plan together a trip to the Faaker See, Ossiacher See or Wörther See! An extensive network of cycling and hiking trails is also almost right on your doorstep.
