Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km. Nearby attractions: Puerto Marina 1 km, Cocodrilo Park 3 km, Aqualand 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Youth groups not permitted.
