Upper floor: open gallery with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm) with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Oil heating. Terrace, garden 400 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Beautiful, historical country house "La Haute Gilberdière", from the 19th century. 3 houses in the residence. 900 m from the centre of Sartilly, 8 km from the centre of Carolles, 15 km from the centre of Avranches, 8 km from the sea. For shared use: park 2'000 m2 with plants and flowers, meadow, beautiful garden to relax. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 200 m, sandy beach 8 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

    “Ein wunderbares, altes Haus, liebevoll renoviert mit überraschenden Einzelheiten. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, komplette Ausstattung in der Küche. Dazu ein wunderbar angelegter Garten, in dem sich immer sonnige oder schattige Plätze finden. Die Terrassse war der Mittelpunkt des Tagesablaufs. Sehr ruhig, aus dem Schalfzimmer bot sich der weite Blick über die Wiesen auf Kühe und Pferde.”

    “Für Individualisten sehr geeignet. Das Objekt ist vollständig mit Antiquitäten ausgestattet. Leben auf hohem Niveau in einem sehr schönen, alten, liebevoll restaurierten Anwesen. Ein Garten, der liebevoll gepflegt und sehr reichhaltig mit außergewöhnlichen Pflanzen ausgestattet ist. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist ausreichend für eigene Verpflegung, aber es gibt auf Rat des Vermieters gute Möglichkeiten Restaurants zu besuchen. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Ruhe und Erholung Suchende sehr geeignet.”
