The vacation park is child-friendly and offers various facilities such as an outdoor pool, a restaurant and a playground within walking distance. Lake Markermeer is located 50 meters from the house.

Golf enthusiasts can drive to the Golfplazt Golfbaan Westwoud. From the vacation home you can visit the historic cities of Hoorn and Enkhuizen. These cities are 11 km away. Hoorn is known for its many old monuments and canals around the center. Also, the vacation home is only 30 km away from the world famous port cities of Edam and Volendam.
