Independent holiday home with garden and private dock, facing the enchanting lake of Orta and the picturesque island of San Giulio, with beaches to relax in the sun, possibility to sail or rent boats. Strategic position to visit the lake areas, ideal for those who want to take a break from the stressful daily routine. The large outdoor area of the house is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and thermo-stove, where you can eat outside while your children can have fun in the playground dedicated to them. A fitness area is also available. The nearest town is Orta (1.1 km) and only 1.2 km away is the Nature Reserve Sacro Monte di Orta which dominates the village from above. At 12 km is the picturesque village of Pella, in the shadow of the vertiginous granite wall that supports the sanctuary Madonna del Sasso (14.6 km).
