“Das Ferienhaus punktet mit schicker Architektur, die leider mit zu viel Ikea-Krempel vollgestellt wird. Deshalb macht die Fotogalerie im Objektangebot durchaus was her. Allerdings wirken Plastikblumen, Blechutensilien in Goldoptik und Kunststoffmöbel im Original billig und werten ab. Einige essentielle Küchengegenstände fehlen wie z.B Dosenöffner, kleinere Schalen, Salatschüsseln, angemessene Weingläser etc. Der Kapsel-Kaffeeautomat hingegen macht Laune, auch weil die Kapseln in rauhen Mengen vom Vermieter bereitgestellt werden. Leider kennt der sich in der Bedienung seiner Geräte auch nicht aus (vgl. Backofen). Der Zustand der Ausstattung ist gut bis auf den Außenpool (sehr klein, tintenblaue Farbe blättert ab, Einstieg schwierig), der im Herbst nicht mehr nutzbar ist da unbeheizt.
Die Lage im historischen Kern des Dorfes wäre schön, würde man sich nicht ständig mit zwei Stromtrassen, die das kleine Grundstück queren konfrontiert sehen. Man hat das Gefühl auf dem Gelände eines Umspannungswerkes gelandet zu sein. Ebenfalls unakzeptabel erweist sich die Sauberkeit des Innen- und Außenbereiches des Hauses. Es drängt sich der Eindruck auf, das es hätte keine Endreinigung nach Abreise der Vormieter erfahren. Die nicht allzu freundliche und mit wenig Englischkenntnissen behaftete Kontaktperson erweist sich zwar als emsige Geschäftsfrau, leider nicht als gute Gastgeberin (wenig Kontakt, keine Kenntnisse zum Gerätegebrauch u.a.). Der Wochenpreis für die Nachsaison ist mit € 1200.- völlig überzogen, vor allem wenn man sich Alternativen in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft eingehend betrachtet. Dort werden uns Häuser gezeigt, die deutlich größer, architektonisch raffinierter, um Klassen besser ausgestattet mit nahezu identischem Preisniveau angeboten werden.”

“Villa Oleandra is a new and equipped house, and is exactly the same in reality as in the photos. The decorating style is "Ikea" style, as the guest calls it, and we don't understand why he booked the house if he didn't like the decorating style in the first place. Also, that the pool is not heated is true, but it does not say otherwise and there is no reason to complain about it - if any villa has a heated pool it is always clearly stated. Power lines are also clearly visible in the photos, and they should not have been a surprise to the guests. The price is also visible before booking, as well as the prices of other holiday homes nearby, so the guest could have made a price comparison before. As for the cleanliness and the items the guests lacked, we are always available to our guests, and even if they could not reach the owner, they could have contacted us during their stay and we would have reacted in a timely manner to resolve these problems. We are sorry the guests did not enjoy their stay, but this review is the complete opposite from other reviews received for this house, and that is why we consider it not to be grounded or relevant - reasons for such a low rating are not justified.”
