Villa Vermeer

Villa aan zee 53. Deze prachtige Villa is op loopafstand van de duinen en het strand gelegen op een rustig park aan de bosrand en heide. Niet ver van de dorpskern en van het strand (900 m) omgeven door (bloemen)-velden en aangrenzend aan een natuurgebied, zijn deze villa’s in een park gelegen. De stijl van deze luxe vrijstaande villa’s met Rieten dak, wit gestuukte muren en authentieke luiken voor de ramen.



Op de begane grond bevinden zich de woon- en eetkamer, open keuken, bijkeuken en toilet in de hal. De slaapkamers alsook de badkamer met ligbad, separate douchcabine, toilet en badkamermeubel bevinden zich op de bovenverdieping. Een aantal villa’s beschikken over drie slaapkamers doch de meeste hebben twee slaapkamers. De inrichting is luxe/romantisch en laat niets te wensen over. De potkachel met schouw van Makkumer tegels (niet in alle villa’s) is heel toepasselijk. Plavuizenvloer met vloerverwarming (niet in alle villa’s!) op de begane grond en in de badkamer. De zeer complete inbouwkeuken met vaatwasmachine, grote koelkast, fornuis, magnetron, in de bijkeuken een was-/droogcombinatie, kleurentelevisie maken deze villa’s zeer compleet.



Een grote tuin met buitenterassen en een parkeerplaats voor één auto ronden het geheel af.



Het vakantiepark (150 villa’s) met receptie ligt heel rustig en is uitsluitend toegankelijk voor de bewoners. Het park is geschikt voor jong en oud, voor paren of gezinnen, voor rustzoekende, voor strandgangers en voor natuurliefhebbers. Er is midden op een eiland een klein kinderspeelveldje ingericht. Hier kunnen de jonge kinderen samen met hun ouders heerlijk genieten van bv. Het piratenschip, het voetbalveldje, tafeltennis, Jeu de Boules en nog veel meer. Er kan gevaren worden, maar ook gevist langs de waterkant, heerlijk genieten dus!

    “Positiv: Großes Ferienhaus mit allem was benötigt wird. Ausreichend Platz für Familien bis 6 Personen.2 Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Negativ: 900m Entfernung zum Meer sind ggf.Luftlinie...zu Fuß deutlich weiter.
    Haus hat leider nicht wie beschrieben 2 Badezimmer....sondern 1 Bad und 1 separates WC.Das separate WC hat leider kein Waschbecken. Für 2 Familie wie bei uns somit eher ungeeignet. Sauberkeit bei Anreise war nich ganz gegeben...aber für uns kein Problem.
    Leider hatten wir bei Abreise vermutlich versäumt den Kühlschrank abzuschalten....wiederkommen würden wir jederzeit... Freizeit: Alkmar, Texel,Enkhuizen....Schoorl....Petten....die gesamte Küste ist wunderschön...Nordholland ist immer eine Reise wert...”

    “We hebben in augustus 2020 een fijn verblijf gehad in dit mooie ruime huis. Er is één mooie ruime badkamer aanwezig. Gezellige huiskamer/keuken, maar de lichtgrijze bank en de pannenset (vooral de koekenpannen) zijn aan vervanging toe. De stekker van de wifi-router moest af en toe er even uit en weer in gedaan worden voor wifi. Lopen naar het strand en centrum net iets te ver, dus hebben we fietsen gehuurd. Verder hebben we genoten van de omgeving, het strand en het mooie (hete) weer.”
