The Villa is an impressive neoclassical 2 levels building of 200 m2, which provides luxurious and comfortable accommodation for families, couples or groups of friends. The interior is similarly decorated in a neoclassical & modern style, is functional and offers all the necessary facilities and amenities for a pleasant, relaxing and memorable stay. It consists of 3 bedrooms which sleeps up to 8 persons, 3 bathrooms, a separate big kitchen area and a large living and dining room. Every room leads to balconies and/or terrace with a panoramic and uninterrupted view to the garden, the pool and the breathtaking landscape, which one can gaze even from the interior. Apart from the main entrance the Villa can be accessed through an automatic wide gate with plenty of private parking space.KITCHEN The white colored modern sunny kitchen area has around big windows with a nice view over the garden and the Mediterranean plants. It is fully equipped with all cutlery set and cookeries needed for preparation of a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. A dining table for 4 persons is available. The kitchen's front door leads to a big terrace with large stone built-in BBQ under the pergola and wooden dining table for 8 persons. Another dining area for 8 persons is available at garden under the trees next to the pool. A second portable BBQ is also available at the garden. Kitchen is equipped with 4 rings stove ,Oven, Hood, Microwave oven, Refrigerator, Freezer, Blender, Toaster, Juicer, Electric Kettle, Mixer, Electric grill, Tea & coffee making facilities ( Filter coffee ,Espresso ,Cappuccino .Greek coffee Frappe, Turkish coffee ) ,Kitchenware ,Cleaning products ,Dishwasher (detergent, salt, polisher provided ) .Guests cook their own meals no meals provided.LIVING ROOM The central entrance of the villa leads to the spacious modern and classic luxury living room, marble floors, fire place, under-floor heating, and decorated with authentic paintings of the famous Greek artist Rodoula Chalkou. You can entertain yourself by watching TV, listening yours favorite music, socializing with your family and friends, or just relaxing looking the wonderful view of the garden through the big windows lying in the comfort of the leather sofa. In the same area, there is also a big dining table for 8 persons, for a lovely lunch or dinner accompanied by a glass of wine under the candlelight’s. Next to the pool there is a wooden deck with a dining table and chairs for relaxing moments under the shade of a big ficus tree.In the garden area among spectacular flowers there is an outdoor Hot tub - Jacuzzi of Hydropool on an elevated deck suitable for 5- 6 persons .
