    “Wer seine Ruhe möchte sollte ein anderes Haus mieten. Positiv: Der Pool und die Katze die uns Täglich besuchte und die wir gefüttert haben. Negativ: Das Haus war zur alleinigen Nutzung, Aber, Täglich kam die Nachbarin zum reinigen des Pools.
    Wir hatten nicht das erstemal ein Haus mit Pool und bislang habe ich das immer selbst erledigt.
    Den Staubsauger im Haus,durfte ich auch nicht zum Reinigen meines Autos benutzen.Was das soll versteht auch Niemand. .Seit vielen Jahren machen wir Urlaub in Kroatien und immer in einem Haus aber soetwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus nicht weiter.”

    “Zusammengefasst würde ich dieses Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen. Man hat sehr nach uns geschaut, das Haus hatte keine großen Macken die uns störten und der Urlaub war gelungen. Positiv: Der Pool und der Aussenbereich sind sehr einladend. Die Nachbarin hat sich sehr bemüht oft den Pool zu putzen und dass alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Auch die Klimaanlage war bei sehr heißen Tagen ein echter Gewinn. Der Besitzer der Villa hatte uns eingangs ein paar Tipps gegeben, die wir mit Begeisterung so bestätigen können. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, nur ein Nudellöffel hat gefehlt. Eiswürfel haben wir in einer größeren Form im TK dann einfach klein geschlagen. Negativ: Die Tür zum Außenbereich könnte wirklich einen Griff für draußen gebrauchen. Das WiFi funktionierte zwar gut, aber die Geschwindigkeiten waren eher für das Nötigste ausreichend. Restaurant: Velo Kafe in Labin - Tolles Restaurant! Ausflüge: Pula (Kap kamenjak) - Das Kap kann man mit dem Auto bereisen. Es empfiehlt sich ein eigener Sonnenschirm oder liegen, da hier bei uns nichts vorhanden war”

    “Haus entsprach der Beschreibung, sehr ruhige Lage trotz "Hauptstraße", wenn man das so nennen kann...
    Die Nachbarin kümmert sich mit um das Anwesen bei Problemen war sie stets zur stelle und half.
    Wir hatten zu sechst einen schönen Urlaub in dem Haus.”
