Nel centro di Verbania tutti i servizi a pochi minuti di passeggiata: supermercati bar e ristoranti, noleggio auto bici e barche, autobus cittadini.



Ideale per famiglie o gruppi numerosi. Appartamento spazioso (180 m2 - 1900 ft2) e dotato di ogni comfort, situato al primo piano con ascensore. Ospitiamo comodamente 8 adulti e 2 bambini, in 4 camere da letto (4 letti matrimoniali e 2 lettini). Gli spazi sono ampi e accoglienti. 2 ampi bagni con doccia e vasca. L'appartamento è spazioso e luminoso, l'arredamento è nuovo e confortevole. La cucina abitabile è completamente attrezzata di tutti gli elettrodomestici: grande frigo e freezer, forno e microonde, macchina per toast, macchina caffè espresso e americano, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il soggiorno è molto ampio ed è attrezzao con un grande tavolo da pranzo per 8 persone e 1 grande divano. Incluso Wi-Fi illimitato in tutta la casa e Smart TV 50 pollici.



Il Giardino Comune e le Terrazze Private sono ricche delle tipiche fioriture del Lago Maggiore, donando un tocco pasticolare a tutte le camere. Tutte le aree sono attrezzate con barbecue, tavoli e sdraio. Parcheggio incluso per due auto.

    “Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt zentral, die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und für 2 Familien gut geeignet oder auch befreundete Paare. Alle Zimmer haben Balkon und auch ein Gasgrill ist vorhanden der für so viele Personen ausreicht. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Es ist alles sehr sauber.Wir hatten eine Garage sowie einen Parkplatz, im geschlossenen Berreich.
    Die Vermietern ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt gerne Tipps zum Einkauf und zum erreichen der Sehenswürdigkeit sowie Ausgehmöglichkeiten.Sie spricht sehr gut englisch.
    Nebenan ist die Feuerwehr, das hat uns aber nicht gestört.
    Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!”
