The holiday home, built in 1991 is a townhouse and functional furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded hillside location at the edge of the woods. For use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, garden furniture and court.

The windows are fitted with fly screens The house is at the top of a private road, which is closed by a gate. It is partially fenced because it overlooks the olive grove which is open The house is in a very quiet area where the traffic noise is not heard.
