    “Ausstattung und Lage ist gut. Nicht weit zum Meer und See in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Allerdings könnte das Haus sauberer sein. (Schränke insbesondere in der Küche waren dreckig, der Backofen war schmutzig, die Duschabtrennung war voller Wasserflecken, die Teppichböden voller Tierhaare)”
