This elegant vacation home is located just 300 meters from the town of Camaiore. It extends over three floors and is surrounded by a garden with barbecue equipped for outdoor dining. On foot you can easily reach the historic town center with artistic jewels such as the famous Collegiate Church, the Benedictine Abbey or the Museum of Sacred Art, as well as stores of all kinds, bars, restaurants and much more. In the summer there are many interesting events here. This is an ideal starting point to reach the beach of Lido di Camaiore (8 km) with equipped bathing establishments, beautiful promenade and the "Pontile" (pier), the symbol of the town. On the pier you can enjoy an aperitif while enjoying the spectacular view of the coast. Pietrasanta, famous for the working of marble and bronze, for its historical center with art galleries and for the Cathedral of San Martino is 9 km away. Some rooms are located in the basement.

    “Im Großen und Ganzen finde ich das Ferienhaus, die Anlage und die Lage gut. Vor Allem der Innengarten ist toll, geschützt von Außenblicken, mit einem Parkplatz. Da kann man warme Abend draußen wirklich gut genießen.
    Das Haus ist im guten Zustand, sauber, Nasszellen etwas älter, aber ok. Matrazen sehr gut. Viel Geschirr, vielleicht etwas zu viel. Wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten für eigene Sachen. Kochgeschirr verbesserungswürdig. Keine Mikrowelle, kein Wasserkocher, keine Klimaanlage
    Wir haben das Haus für 7 Menschen gebucht, 6 waren im Endeffekt da. Zwei Schlafplätze im Keller, auf dem Bild nur schwer erkennbar, dass das Schlafzimmer wirklich im Keller ist. Das war für uns mehrere Woche nicht wirklich akzeptabel, wir mussten schauen, wie wir uns verteilen und schlafen. Mit 7 Menschen wäre das nicht gegangen.Ich möchte im Urlaub doch nicht im Keller schlafen. Daher meiner Einschätzung nach ist das ein Haus für 5 Menschen, da finde ich sollte man keine Kellerräume als Schlafzimmer beschreiben.
