The child-friendly beach is only 150 m from the house. The house itself is fantastic, has a wonderful pool and a partially covered terrace. Together with the large flat plot, this vacation home is especially well suited for families with children. For the little guests there is a crib with mattress and a high chair. You will find it in the south of Skodshoved, a place with a nice atmosphere and a small marina, where you can eat well in the summer at Skodshoved Badehotel. In the evening it is especially nice in front of the fireplace or on the terrace. The surrounding area is rich in recreational activities. An energy-saving heat pump has been installed to heat the swimming pool.
