The house is in the centre of the village Sisan. It is right near a grocery shop, restaurant and café/bar (100m). The little village offers everything you need nearby. It is 5 minutes by car to the sea, about 3.7km.

The house is built with an old stone and a new house part. It is a very cosy house with everything you need. The interior courtyard can be closed off so it is suitable for children. The interior has been renovated and provides 80m² of space. The main entrance is through the balcony door, which leads directly into the kitchen. Next to it is the bathroom with a spacious shower and a living room with a modern TV, pull-out sofa and access to the romantic little interior courtyard for cosy evening hours. Stairs lead to the upper area with a little hallway, which leads to the two bedrooms. One has a view of the courtyard and is furnished with two single beds. The other has a double bed and a single bed and access to the balcony, from which you look out over the interior courtyard. Both bedrooms and the living room are fitted with air conditioning units. The living room provides satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a raised dining table, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, direct access to the interior courtyard. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine and dryer. The only room you don’t have access to is the little storage room built onto the house and closed off. A children’s travel bed can be provided free of charge.

There are free public parking spaces on the street or behind the church within 50 to 200 metres.

Sisan is a quiet, picturesque village that belongs to the Liznjan municipal area. It is 3.7km from Kala beach, 100 metres to the nearest café, pizzeria and a little shop, 500 m to a bus stop, 8km to the airport. Visitors come here who want to escape tourist masses in summer. If you are looking for recreation, however, the little town of Medulin is 4km away with its restaurants, bars, stalls, leisure park for children, events and a sandy beach for relaxing. Pula with its many sights, harbour, shops and vibrant nightlife is 8km away. Liznjan, which belongs to Sisan, is one of the last oases of pristine nature and a traditional Mediterranean lifestyle. This is due to its natural beauty, the 28-km-long coast with many little beaches and bays, a popular place for surfers, divers and fishermen. Around 70km of cycle paths offer you an active holiday for the spirit. In the Sisan/Liznjan area there are many activities such as riding, windsurfing, diving, bicycle hire, boat rides. The nearest airport is Pula 5.3km. Brijuni National Park is about 15km away.
