In the village of Skrpčići on the island of Krk,is situated this romantic villetta with a swimming pool. The house has 115 m2, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a dining room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine) and a two double room. The interior stairs lead to two more double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The central part of the courtyard occupies a pool and at the base of the pool there are six deck chairs, a covered terrace with seating and barbecue. The courtyard of the villetta is full of olive trees and other mediterranean vegetation.
The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful environment, away from the beach 2 km, and has air conditioning and free WI-FI.
The nearest restaurant and shop are 400 meters away.
From the villa you can embark on exploring the entire island because all places on the island of Krk are 10-25 minutes drive away. The island of Krk is known for its crystal clear sea, cycling trails, good cuisine and wines, historical sights and an excellent choice for all nature lovers and tourist attractions that this island offers.
The small town of Skrpčići, where this holiday home is located, is ideal for those who want to escape from everyday life and stress. The town of Krk has beautiful old churches, town walls, towers and remains of ancient Romans, Vrbnik is famous for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat has the largest marina on the Adriatic, the islet of Kosljun's famous Franciscan monastery and museum, Baška has one of the largest sandy beaches on Adriatic and Aquarium, Soline bay, healthy mud and Cave of Biserujka.
