There is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave and coffee machine. As well as an guest toilet. On second floor are set 3 beedrooms with large king side beds and a second toilet. There is also a big toilet with shower.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and sunshade. There is also a barbecue. From terrace you have view on Adriatic sea, city and a private pool. Swimming pool is for your private use only. House provide private parking space.
