Situated in a quiet area close to the beaches and fishing town of Conil de la fronterra,there are restaurants,bars and supermarkets close by with lovely walks in the forests.
The ground floor: A large fully equipped modern kitchen with granite worktops,oven,dishwasher and air-conditioning, it joins with an open plan dinning room with french doors to the outside patio. The spacious living room has an oak floor with a woodburner and spanish and english smart T.V. There is a downstairs bathroom, and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. The top floor: Has the master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, with french doors leading to the private sun terrace. There are 2 more bedrooms with double beds and a large family bathroom with a shower and a bath.
Outside, there is a large patio for al fresco dinning, the swimming pool, a cooking area with a barbeque, and a laundry room.
The garden is partly lawned and planted with mature trees, it is enclosed and very private with ample parking.
We have created the perfect place to relax, a quiet restful retreat to spend your holidays, next to forests with great walks and very close to shops and restaurants, The property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
The town of Conil is 3km away, the beach is also 3 km.
