This holiday home is not handicap-friendly due to narrow doors and interior steps. Known as the Garden of Denmark, Fyn enjoys an excellent location right in the centre of the country. The north of this large island is not only home to many of its major attractions, but also close to those of neighbouring Jutland. Popular pastimes include packing a picnic basket and setting sail on a sea picnic on the M/S Svanen, which plies the fresh, clear waters of the Odense Fjord, and bathing and fishing on Fyns excellent beaches. This region also boasts many small artists and craftsmens workshops as well as an open-air theatre at Nislevgård. Many vibrant historical towns hold their own characteristic markets in the summer months, where you can buy a wide range of different items. Whatever your taste, Fyn, with is sure to have something to offer.
