Nice and bright Scandinavian interior. In the living room you have a flat screen TV with German channels and Scandinavian Viasat. Nice and functional small kitchen. Nice bathroom with underfloor heating. The sleeping loft of the cottage is calculated only for children. Nice big wooden terrace overlooking green areas and suitable for sunbathing and coziness in the evening. Separate annex with two sleeping places.
From the house you have direct access to two beautiful 18-hole golf courses. A few kilometers from the house is the idyllic town of Gudhjem, and you can walk to the naturally beautiful bog Spellinge Mose, Rø Plantation and the rocks Helligdomsklipperne. Good bike paths along the coast.
The house is not suitable for wheelchair users.
